Customized solutions in practice – implementation of the PCO-3015-D CNC plasma cutter
Another successful project completed. We delivered, installed, and commissioned the PCO-3015-D CNC plasma cutting machine, followed by comprehensive operator training—ensuring the customer was fully ready for production from day one.
In this project, the standard configuration was not the goal—it was the starting point. The machine was tailored to the customer’s specific production requirements, clearly demonstrating the flexibility of our solutions and our truly custom-built approach.
The scope of modifications included, among others:

an extended working beam, enabling cutting beyond the outline of the worktable—an ideal solution for processing larger or non-standard parts,

a mobile control console, improving workplace ergonomics and giving the operator full freedom in managing the cutting process.
