Plasma cutting machines with a ventilated table combine plasma technology with an extraction system that removes dust and gases generated during cutting. As a result, the machines ensure a clean workplace and operator safety. The use of CNC control systems allows precise torch guidance and efficient cutting of complex shapes, while a rigid structure and high-quality components guarantee long service life.

Plasma power source Hypertherm and its advantages

The ventilated table series can be equipped with Hypertherm plasma power sources. These units are valued for cutting precision and reliability; they offer a wide power range and reduced consumption of consumables. Depending on requirements, solutions such as Hypertherm Powermax 45–125 or MAXPRO200 are available, enabling cutting of both thin and thick materials and ensuring stable continuous operation.

Technology benefits

The ventilated table effectively removes dust and fumes, allowing the operator to work in safe conditions without the need for additional air filtration. The robust structure and powerful plasma units ensure high productivity and long machine life. The machines are also characterized by high cutting precision and speed—advanced control systems enable cutting of both thin sheets and thick components. The option to use various plasma sources and a gas torch provides flexibility in selecting the appropriate technology for the material type and production requirements.

XY working range

A standard working table measuring 1520 × 3100 mm allows cutting sheets up to 1.5 m wide and 3.1 m long. This working area enables the execution of most workshop and production tasks, from single parts to larger structural components. Thanks to the rigid table construction, stable cutting is possible even at high speeds.

Ventilation system

The ventilated table is equipped with an efficient extraction system that effectively removes dust, smoke, and fumes generated during cutting. This improves operator working conditions, increases safety, and protects machine components from contamination, positively affecting their service life and reliability.

THC system – automatic torch height control

THC (Torch Height Control) enables automatic adjustment of the torch height above the material surface. By maintaining a constant distance, the electrode operates under optimal conditions, and cutting quality remains high even with sheet irregularities. The system significantly reduces consumable wear and stabilizes the process.

AMS and Fast Start systems

The AMS system aligns the material on the table, eliminating errors resulting from incorrect positioning. The Fast Start function shortens machine setup time by automatically setting start parameters and significantly accelerating the start of cutting. Together, they form a set that streamlines operation and reduces the risk of operator errors.

Gas cutting option

Versions equipped with a gas torch (DG type) enable cutting sheets up to 150 mm thick using oxygen and propane. This allows one machine to perform both fast plasma cutting and precise oxy-fuel cutting—depending on material requirements.

Can I schedule a machine demonstration outside standard showroom working hours?

Yes. As the only company on the market, we also offer remote machine demonstrations in the evening hours—up to midnight. These are made possible through cooperation with our branch in the United States, allowing us to adjust the schedule to different time zones and customer needs.

The service is available in three languages: Polish, German, and English. Remote demonstrations conducted by the U.S. branch apply to selected machine types: laser cutting machines, press brakes, plasma cutting machines, and guillotine shears.
